Disgusting customer service when trying to make a complaint due to a driver forging my signature. Been told by hermes only my retailer is able to complain on my behalf! I have sent two emails already and got the same response as the first, as parcel being returned to retailer not able to see details to resolve this issue so contact myhermes returns by email. My parcel was collected on 31st Oct. Tracking number is It is returns to Jacques Vert.
I had a message that a delivery was attempted on Friday 31st and re-delivery was today. I waited in all day for this delivery and it did not arrive.
